The objective of the BBS program at the Faculty of Management, Tribhuvan University, TU is to develop students of competent managers for any field of organized activity. The program is based on the principles that graduates spend a significant part of their lives in a constantly changing environment. Therefore, students should have the opportunity to acquire a broader knowledge of skills based on concepts and realities that are based on the operation and management of the institution.
After graduation, a student should be equipped to work as a manager in business, industry and government. Graduates should also have various career opportunities in various fields of business including entrepreneurship and create much needed employment for others.
BBS's first year program
The purpose of the first year program is to build a strong foundation for students' preparation to understand business concepts, principles and practices. The first year program is organized into the following compulsory and core courses:
